Neighborhood

2130 Filbert is located in prime Cow Hollow. Within 60 seconds, there are two coffee shops - Michael Mina’s Indie Superette serving Lamill Coffee and Rapha Cycle Club. Fitness fanatics will enjoy Equinox, Soul Cycle, Core Power Yoga, and a plethora of pilates studios, all within a few blocks. Union, Fillmore, and Chestnut Streets are all easily accessible and teeming with restaurants, nightlife, and boutique shops. Luke’s Local, a revered grocer, recently opened on Union Street in 2020 and features essentials plus prepared foods. Saturday Farmer’s Markets at Fort Mason and Sunday strolls to Off the Grid are par for the course when you live in this amazing neighborhood. Grab a coffee and head out!

Nearby outdoor recreation abounds, as the home is a quick jog to the Waterfront and Presidio, and cyclists can head over the Golden Gate Bridge to bike the Marin Headlands. Film industry workers who live in Cow Hollow can walk easily to Industrial Light & Magic, while the Google Headquarters is just a 45-minute commute.
